Shipping time and costs
At the moment of payment, you can choose between standard shipping without additional costs, or express shipping for € 30. Shipping times vary depending of the shipping method chosen, are indicated at the moment of the choice, and are valid from the moment the order is shipped, not received. Please remember that orders are managed and processed from our shipping warehouse from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.

Track Your Order
You can verify the status of your order with the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. Just visit the DHL website and insert your tracking code in the “track your shipment” section.

Countries and shipping addresses
The website ships within Europe, including to Switzerland and Great Britain. It is not possible to ship to multiple addresses for the same order. It it not possible to order from outside of Europe.

How can I change the shipping address or delivery date?
It is possible to change the shipping address up until the day before the delivery date. You will be notified by the courier via email or sms regarding the date and time of delivery and may modify the address or delivery date using the link provided. You may also indicate that the package be left with a neighbour.

Signature upon delivery
Upon delivery, a signature of the person receiving the package is required. Please note that due to Covid-19 social distancing measures and safety, this is no longer possible at the moment.
