How to request a return and relative timing
The customer may return an item within 14 days from receiving the item. To do so, please fill out the form on the return request page. You will then receive an email with the return slip which you must include in the package. The item must be packaged in such a way as to avoid eventual damage during transport and sent to the following address:

Merchandise should arrive at its final destination whole, not used, and in its original packaging.
Return Policy
The return policy can be applied to products that are returned in their entirety and which respect the following conditions:
- The item must be whole and complete in all its parts, packaging included.
- The item must be accompanied by the return slip received by email after making a request for a return.
- The item’s composition and its parts must not have been altered in any way (for example: labels, ribbons, laces, etc.)
- The right to a refund is forfeit if any of the cases listed above are not met. Calzaturificio Marino Fabiani s.r.l. will return the purchased item to the client.
How to prepare returns
You can prepare your return by inserting the product you intend to return into the received box, together with the return slip received by email. Please be sure to close the packaging properly to avoid eventual tampering during transport.
Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange products, not even with one of equal value.
If you wish to exchange a product, we suggest you return the product and then place a new order.
Returns and times
You have 14 days to return an item from the date in which you recieved it from the Calzaturificio Marino Fabiani s.r.l. warehouses through a refund procedure of the amount charged using the same method of payment used by the client during purchase. The client will not bear any costs relative to the consequences of the refund. In any case, the refund will be forfeit the moment any of the conditions in the return policy section are not met.
Refund for shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
